My name is Rachel. I was recently injured in April 2007 by a truck. Prior to the accident, I was an honor student in the 9th grade taking honors english, biology and geometry. I was also a year into Japanese. I began receiving acceptance letters from several colleges while I was in the 8th grade.

As a result of the accident, I suffered tramatic brain injuries. I am now in the process of relearning everything! In the past several months, I have recovered faster and better than many expected.

Thanks to your continuous support, I am able to receive the care and therapy I need at home and as an outpatient. My family and friends thank you too because I have benefited from these in-home services far better than we've ever imagined
Now back to school and walking. I still have a long way to go, but I thank you again, My Angels, for your continuous support!

My name is Chris and my kid brother's name is Billy. We have a rare disease which does not allow us to metabolize or use food to give our bodies and brain the energy and nutrients to function properly. As a result of this debilitating disease, my family is constantly stressing. They are busy caring for us and making sure we get the best care from caregivers. THe upside to all of this is that we don't have to wait in line at Disneyland!
My brother and I thank you on behalf of our family for your continuous support and donations.

My name is Sarah. I was diagnosed with a rare genetic defect at the age of 1. I was unable to walk and barely talk prior to my diagnosis. So far, I am the only one to be diagnosed with this disease. Within 12 weeks of receiving hippotherapy and other services, I began walking with assistance! Now, I have everyone running to keep up with me. Because of your support, I now have a chance at living an active and healthy life.
Thanks to all who support Positively Kids! My family and I are very grateful!

My name is Zion. I am 7 years old and I have autism. I receive respite care while my grandmother, who takes care of me, works hard. During the Christmas holiday, a group at the Clark County Fire Department helped my dream come true. They visited me at my home with a fire truck and fire fighters. I am still talking about their visit today! I want to thank you all, again, for your participation and continuous support with my care!
